RE: Spring Comprehensive Exam Deadline, January 17th, 2020
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
January 6th, 2020
It is our hope that 2020 has started off well for each of you, and this note finds you all doing well. The purpose of this note is to let you know about a critical deadline coming up. This year the CCIM Institute will hold its Midyear Governance Meeting in Charlotte, NC on April 17th – 21st, 2020. If you are a CCIM designee, then you will remember that the comprehensive exam is offered twice annually at one of the two governance meetings of the CCIM Institute.
If you are a candidate or a CCIM designee who knows a candidate that has expressed interest in sitting for the comprehensive exam, then please be aware that the date to submit the portfolio of qualifying experience is Friday, January 17th, 2020.
Part of the process of submitting the portfolio is a chapter representative letter of recommendation. If you are a candidate who plans on submitting a portfolio prior to the January 17th deadline and you have not already met this requirement, please reach out via email to James R. Milner III, CCIM and Karl Hudson IV, CCIM as soon as possible.
We would like to see this Spring’s class be as large as possible and will work to go over your overall requirements and complete the chapter recommendation prior to the deadline.
Again, should you have any questions or concerns regarding candidacy, please feel free to reach out to one of us at your earliest convenience to discuss further. We look forward to seeing many of you in April for the CCIM Midyear Governance Meeting.
James R. Milner III, CCIM Karl Hudson IV, CCIM
