Greensboro, NC. Earlier this month, 5 candidates from the NC-CCIM Chapter sat for and passed the comprehensive exam the final step to obtain the coveted CCIM designation.
Candidates go through a rigorous process of formal education, electives and experience culminating with a comprehensive exam. This fall the exam was offered in sync with the CCIM Institute Global Conference, held in San Diego, CA.
James Milner, CCIM, Chair of Candidate Guidance for the NC-CCIM Chapter stated “We are extremely proud of each one of these new designees. They geographically represent many areas of the state, and include designees outside of major markets. We know that they will continue to serve their clients well as recipients of the CCIM designation. Two of the new five designees were fast-track candidates which is another path to designation.”
Charlie Ellis, CCIM, 2019 NC-CCIM Chapter President, shares similar sentiments, “
Please join the NC-CCIM Chapter in congratulating these new designees.
